Our Accounting Services division serves small to medium size businesses operating in the industries that we specialize in (add hyperlinked Who We Serve). We leverage technology and cloud-based software in order for our clients to have live access to their books anytime, anywhere. In addition, we deliver monthly financials on the 15th of every month and provide our clients with responsive service in the event they have questions. We provide Accounting Services via the following structure:
Phase I: Setup and Onboarding. We tour the client’s facilities in order to gain an understanding of operations, meet and interview key personnel interacting with cash, checks, credit cards, POS systems, and the like, analyze flow of cash, assess internal controls, and review other protocols. From there, we migrate financial data, contacts, vendors, and related into our cloud-based accounting system, structuring automation between the software and your bank accounts, credit card accounts, and other items subject to virtual integration. Once up and running, we provide training to our clients and their staff so that they can operate the system from a financial statement generation standpoint, and also extend technical support on a go-forward basis.
Phase II: Ongoing Service. Once the Setup and Onboarding is completed, our team handles the day to day operations, monthly reconciliations, and monthly generation of accurate and reliable financial statements, which are securely delivered by the 15th of every month. While our team is working on an ongoing basis, our clients still have the ability to access the software and generate financial reports anytime, anywhere. Two CPAs are assigned to each account to ensure timely delivery of financial statements, as well as proper account support and maintenance.
